This is known as “Neurobic machine” because it reads changes in the skin resistance
occurred due changes of bio electrical impulses in central nervous system. Our brain
is the main centre of bio electrical impulses, which are caused by thought pattern
of mind. These bio electrical impulses, which are induced by thoughts of mind in
the brain, create various types of brain waves. Brain waves are measured by Electro
Encephalo Gram (EEG).
This machine is also fitted with audio system. If anyone listens to the audio commentary
and creates a feeling related to suggested thoughts within, his mind will be relaxed

How happiness can be determined by this neurobic machine?
A Scientific research It has long been known in biofeedback research, that
meditation and relaxation procedures cause a rise in skin resistance. It has therefore
been assumed that high and low skin resistance correlates directly with relaxation
and stress respectively and that a high resistance indicates a pleasant, happy and
relaxed state of mind, whereas low resistance indicates tension and stressed state
of mind.
From the calibration report on this machine, it is seen that if both end of a resistance
of value 27 kilo ohm is connected to two touch plate of neurobics machine, then
its indicator shows 100 reading on the display screen, which is a higher stressed
state of mind. Likewise other indicating happiness index is calibrated and a detailed
happiness level chart from 1 to 100 is prepared.
Researches tell that atomic vibration in our subatomic level is controlled by our
pattern of thoughts. A stressed thought produces more atomic vibration hence more
sweating in the body, which further leads to low skin resistance. Similarly a pleasant
thought produces less atomic vibration hence less sweating in the body and this
further leads to high resistance of body.
Exceptions and Limitations of the neurobic machine:
In some cases body physiology contradicts the reading of this neurobic
machine to some extent. As it is seen in children below 12 years, sweating is a
common phenomenon as compared to young and old person. It is found that the bone
is drier in older body than that of a body below 12 years of age. So the indicator
in these cases varies to some extent as compared to the original result. Therefore
we have given a variation of 10 in happiness index to differentiate the result.
Similarly, a person on sweat inducing drugs or on the drugs, which raise our skin
resistances, may not find the correct state of mind based on the happiness index.
